First, keep the bearing and its surrounding environment clean. Even a very small amount of dust into the bearing, it will intensify the bearing wear, vibration and noise.

Second, the installation should be careful, do not allow strong stamping, no direct knocking of the bearing, and no pressure transfer through the rolling body.

Third, use the correct installation tools, try to use special tools, strongly avoid the use of cloth and short fiber and other things.

Fourth, to prevent the corrosion of the bearing rust, do not directly hold the bearing by hand, to be coated with high-quality mineral oil before operation, in the rainy season and summer, especially pay attention to rust prevention
